Meet CEDAR at IBC24 in Amsterdam

IBC2024 is coming, and we're delighted to inform you that we'll be exhibiting our award-winning products used in broadcast, production sound, and post.

IBC, a world-leading content and technology event, brings together over 43,000 broadcasters, content owners, rights holders and service providers from 170+ countries. This 4-day event is the perfect opportunity for you to test our noise suppression and speech enhancement solutions and network with other industry experts.

We'll be demonstrating our IABM and CAS Award-winning DNS 2 and DNS 4 dialogue noise suppressors, which are the standards for location sound recordists. Our DNS 8D dialogue noise suppressor will also be showcased. These noise reduction solutions boast users such as the BBC and are used in some of the world's most popular movies, documentaries, TV shows, and the largest tours, including Sir Rod Stewart's 2024 tour.

What's more, alongside the CEDAR Studio range of plug-ins, you'll get the chance to test our latest machine learning-based voice extractor - VoicEX. Robert Sylvain, whose credits include work for the BBC, National Geographic, and PBS, said this about it, "VoicEX removed the highway sound so completely that it sounded like a studio recording, and I had to add crickets and a babbling brook to sell it as the outdoors. What's more, VoicEX inexplicably kept subtleties such as the intake of breath before a word - the things that make dialogue sound human."

Finally, we'll be showing off the latest version of our flagship CEDAR Cambridge workstation, which is the tool of choice for the most demanding audio restoration requirements in national sound archives, film archives and libraries.

We can't wait to see you in Amsterdam! Register here.
