Molinare installs two CEDAR DNS1000s, describing them as "A blinding piece of kit"

CEDAR DNS1000

13 March 2001

World class television facility, Molinare has purchased two CEDAR DNS1000 Dynamic Noise Suppressor units. The company, which was established 27 years ago as a recording studio over a photographer's shop in Bond Street, thrived and moved to Fouberts Place 22 years ago. It has been at the forefront of television making ever since, and its aim is to provide comprehensive, innovative facilities to programme makers. The DNS1000 helps the facility to achieve this, and Senior Dubbing Mixer, Billy Mahoney, has this to say of it, "The DNS1000 is a blinding piece of kit. I have already used the units to remove unwanted noise from Take a Girl Like You (BBC), Trial & Retribution IV and Trial & Retribution V (La Plante Productions), Plain Jane (Carlton), Princess of Thieves (Granada L.A/Touchstone), and Diamond Hunters (The DeAngelis Group.)"

When Mike Aiton-Browne of Molinare reviewed the DNS1000 in Audio Media magazine and wrote, "The results were as you would expect: impressive at removing camera noise and lower level noises. And the ability to remove these so fast, with so little detriment to the audio was outstanding."
